WESTERN SPRINGS — A Joliet man was arrested last week and charged with indecent solicitation of a child for online coversations with a Western Springs investigator who was posing as a 15-year-old girl. Kevin J. Ethridge, 47, of 1025 Magnolia Ave., Joliet, was confronted by investigators April 25 at his home and taken into custody. The arrest was part of an ongoing investigation which began in September, at which time Ethridge allegedly solicited indecent liberties in a series of online conversations with the investigator.
