Young stars get ready to shine in La Grange

LA GRANGE — Young performers prepared for the limelight during a rehearsal Feb. 23 at St. Francis Xavier School.
The Starshine Talent Show on March 2 features 210 students in more than 50 acts. Performances are scheduled at 2 and 7 p.m. in the school gym, 145 N. Waiola Ave., Ill.
Acts include soloists, piano players, dancers, magicians, comedians and a version of synchronized swimming.
Tickets, available at the door, are $4 for adults and $2 for children.
