Western Springs police blotter for Feb. 12

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Western Springs and Indian Head Park police departments. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.
Western Springs
ALCOHOL
Stephanie S. Gose, 40, of 3626 Grand Boulevard, Brookfield, was charged at 5:35 p.m. Feb. 4 with driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, illegal transportation of open alcohol, driving without insurance and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident following a crash at Gilbert Avenue and 47th Street. No one was injured in the two-car collision, and Gose was arrested at Gilbert Avenue and Plainfield Road.
DRUGS
Devin M. Hauser, 18, of 3450 Pomeroy Road, was cited at 10:45 p.m. Feb. 4 with possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, not having front license plate and no rear registration plate light following a stop at Franklin and Ogden avenues.
Matthew J. Sikora, 19, of 3900 Harvey Ave., Western Springs, was cited at 10:38 p.m. Feb. 10 with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia during a stop on the 3900 block of Harvey Avenue. A passenger, Jack M. Herndon, 18, of 225 7th Ave., La Grange, was cited for possession of marijuana.
MOVING VIOLATIONS
Patricia P. Alberti, 87, of 901 Chanticleer Lane, Hinsdale, was cited at 4:39 p.m. Feb. 4 for improper lane use following a two-car collision at Ogden and Central avenues. Alberti received minor injuries in the crash but wasn’t transported to a hospital. No one else was injured.
Indian Head Park
No activity was reported for the week ending Tuedsay.~.
