Wealth manager buys 120-year-old Western Springs home

WESTERN SPRINGS — Trent E. Warren and Claire S. Warren purchased a home Sept. 18 at 820 Elm St. in Western Springs from Lisa A. Kos. The 120-year-old, three-bed, two-bath, 1,562-square-foot home sold for $515,000.
Trent Warren is a vice president at Ford Wealth Management. He attended the University of Dayton.
