Cubs scout catches Western Springs home
WESTERN SPRINGS — Joseph A. Bohringer and Kathleen A. Bohringer purchased a home at 1440 Walnut Street in Western Springs from Erik G. Palm and Jeannine Palm on May 4. The 83–year-old, 1.5-bath, 1,848 square-foot home sold for $445,000.
Joseph Bohringer is a professional scout for the Chicago Cubs. He previously scouted for the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Seattle Mariners.
