HCS Family Services will be auctioning off pieces from the colorful and imaginative art exhibit, In Bloom, which has been on display at Oakbrook Center since May. The Gala Art Auction will take place on Sept. 24 at the Chicago Marriott Oakbrook, 1401 W. 22nd St., Oak Brook.
The showcased pieces include elaborate fine art and fiberglass sculptures, painted and embellished by local artists.
In addition to the fine art live auction, the event includes cocktails, a quick raffle featuring a trip to Hawaii, dinner and a silent auction. The evening wraps up with live music and an open bar.
All proceeds benefit HCS, a nonprofit organization in southeast DuPage County, which works to improve the quality of life for low-income individuals and their families.
Tickets are $150 per person or $250 for VIP.
