DuPage Symphony plays big band sounds at Cantigny
DuPage Symphony Orchestra
The DuPage Symphony Orchestra plays music of the big bands of the ’30s and ’40s, featuring hits of Sinatra, Ellington and Carmichael, plus Gershwin’s “Rhapsody in Blue” with DSO principal trumpet player Michael Brozick as soloist. The concert is under the stars at 8 p.m. July 14 at Cantigny Park, Roosevelt & Winfield roads, Wheaton. Tickets are $12 in advance and $18 at the door. Children under 8 free.
